I have heard a lot about those shoes so I am interested to see if you think they are helping you get in shape.

I wore them yesterday and so far so good. I think my feet look big. Everyone who saw them loved them. All the girls at work were trying them on. :)

I have the boots and tennies. I was afraid of the $100 price tag at first, but OH HOW I LOVE THEE!

They are soooooo comfy. They are hard to get used to at first because they almost FORCE you to walk the correct way (heel/toe/heel/toe and not on balls of feet or sides), which is good. My legs are almost TOO toned now from wearing them so they definitely do what they advertise. You'll notice a difference in just a few weeks time, thats for sure.

Keep us posted on the Shape Ups. I want to know if it's practical and if it works.

They probably don't come in my super size, but a guy can dream.

Its was hard for me to part with 110.00 bucks but I wanted to see if they would work. Will post about them in a couple of weeks if any results. :)

I will post in a week or so. I wore them yesterday to work. We do casual Friday. So far they felt good on my feet and legs. I have achy feet most days and arthritis in my knee and ankle. So far I like them. More to come....

I think they make my feet look big. I wear an 8.5. They were a little heavy at first but im getting used to them.

I have never seen those shoes before. How are they meant to help?

They are supposed to shape your rear, tone your legs, help your feet if you have foot pain and help your posture. Lord knows I need all the help I can get.
