A MUCH NEEDED VACATION

Butch and I took a short but very relaxing vacation to Virginia Beach.  We had no schedules and we agreed to turn our cell phones so that it would truly be just him and me.  We only went from Sun thru Tues and we drove 6 hours and 45 min each way.....but it was all worth it!

How are the beaches? probably much nicer than the ones in Jersey right?

yeah it was pretty nice...the water was too cold on the beach so we stuck to the pool....but def much much much cleaner than NJ shore.
it's a good place to go if you got at least 3 days to spare

Since I'm not working too much this summer, I plan on going there for at least a weekend. Plus, don't have to pay for a place to stay which is always good.

Well, we're comin'....
It's just that my move has kind of pushed the date back just a little bit. Maybe mid-July.
We're supposed to get our tickets sometime soon.
