Sometimes having a "babe" as a friend, let alone a GIRLfriend, can be extremely intimidating to a guy that isn't used to having someone like that in their lives - especially if they've been rejected by babes in the past!

As a guy, you feel that she might not think you're good enough and wonder what it is that she sees in you. Yes, we CAN be just as insecure as anyone else.

To someone like that, you have to be a little understanding and let them know that you enjoy them, love them or are attracted to them for their INNER beauty and the qualities of their personality, not necessarily for the physical good looks. You might also point out that some of their physical attributes are what YOU are looking for as well.

As a guy that got rejected a lot when he was younger, I know what goes through the mind of someone like this. They ARE attracted to you, but when you show the same attraction back, they begin to wonder where you might be flawed because they have been rejected so many times before ( ... )
