Ingredients:

Tin of octopus from Sainsbury's.
Uncle Ben's Express sweet n spicy rice.

Drain and boil the octopus for 30-45 minutes.
Stick the rice in the microwave for 2mins.

Drain the octopus and mix with the rice.  Try and ignore the fact that the rice smells hideous.  EAT!
