It finally happend. I couldn't hold it all inside anymore. I finally broke down last night. It was the scariest thing ever. I couldn't breathe or stop shaking.I felt outside of myself, like it wasn't me saying what I was feeling. I have never told ANYONE those feelings and I exploded
