Two tutorials using Photoshop CS2.
Uses selective colouring.

Tutorial 1
>
Step One. Crop your base; Duplicate the image and set to SOFT LIGHT adjust around the opacities to your liking, i used mine at 100%
Step Two. Layer > New adjustment Layer > Selective Colour. Click OK.
Reds:
Cyan: +22
Magenta: -17
Yellow: +100
Black: -20
Yellows:
Cyan: -100
Magenta: -7
Yellow: +65
Black: -10
Neutrals
Cyan: -13
Magenta: -10
Yellow: +15
Black: -25
Click OK.
Step Three. Layer > New adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast. Click OK.
Brightness: -16
Contrast: +17
Step Four. Layer > New adjustment Later > Curves. Click OK.
Click somwhere on the grid (near the top half) & in the Input/Output area, insert these numbers:
Input: 139
Output: 161
Click in the bottom half of the grid & put in these numbers:
Input: 78
Output: 77
Click OK.
Step Five. Make a new layer and fill it with #FAB483 and set it to MULTIPLY opacity 30%
Step Six. Make a new layer and fill it with #95D6F6 and set it to COLOUR BURN opacity 78%
Step Seven. Make a new layer and fill it with #221A56 ans set it to EXCLUSION opacity 70%
Tutorial 2
>
step one. crop your base. for this technique, i zoomed in on her face and
used the blur tool a little to soften her skin
step two. duplicate your base 4 times (ctrl + j) and set them all to screen.
set the uppermost layer to 20% and sharpen
step three. go to layer > new adjustment layer > selective colouring then
click ok.
reds:
cyan: -100
magenta: -63
yellow: +100
black: +88
yellows:
cyan: +100
magenta: +100
yellow: +100
black: +100
whites:
black: -36
neutrals:
cyan: +17
magenta: -14
yellow: +24
click ok.
step four. go to layer > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast then click
ok.
set the brightness to -22
step five. make a new layer and fill it with #A4E0F4 and set it to colour
burn at 100%
step six. make a new layer and fill it with #E1B7A0 and set it to soft light
at 53%
step seven. make a new layer and fill it with #021C36 and set it to exclusion
at 29%
step eight. make a new layer and fill it with #1E40D7 and set it to exclusion
37%
step nine. make a new layer and fill it with #F5CA97 and set it to multiply
18%
step ten. add
by (
gender) and set it to screen 100%
