So, I went to a back appointment today and well.... needless to say, I've definitely got to get surgery.... I had x-rays done and they turned out a butt load better than the other doctor's(Dr. Ken Doll, I call him... he was an asshole...) and it turns out my Cobb angle(I think that's what it's called... you know, the curvature of my spine) is 151

Aw Babs! That sounds like a very scary surgery but I am soooo glad you found a good Dr. It is DEFINITELY better that they err on the side of cautions with a curve that extreme. It wouldn't be good to fully correct that when all of the structures in your body have probably accomodated to that shape. They definitely do need to do something about the spinal cord though. Best of luck through all of that. Hopefully you'll get to meet some nice PTs while you're in the hospital who will make it a little more fun.
