Mid-season Who finale. Spoilers below

I very much enjoyed the episode, particularly the tone and atmosphere. I thought the pacing was off, particularly at the climax. And even I could drive through the plot holes.

[Spoiler (click to open)]There is absolutely no reason that Amy and Rory could not have been rescued, transport in and out of NY did exist. It made as much sense as the inability to rescue Adric. I Read more... )

I liked the giant mouth craning to swallow you whole so much that I have handwaved that entire plothole. Creepy AND funny. (Funny + Creepy = Freepy?)

Did this episode imply that all knowledge and memory of the Dr has been wiped from time and space? Kate Stewart knew who he was.

That is a very good point! The other plot holes (while very large!) were just relevant to this episode's plot, but I do wonder exactly HOW erased the Doctor is from history.
