I just saw an ad from some Republican guy claiming his opponent was "an admitted member of the ACLU and Amnesty International." When did those two organizations become something that people have to hide?

EDIT: The commercial actually said "...of the ACLU, Amnesty International, and the Sierra Club."

indeed. It isn't like the ACLU or Amnesty is NAMBLA or anything. Though the ACLU does defend NAMBLA on occasion. He he.
