"They're both, like, 12th-level dorks."

* Yay, Duncan! I've missed you and so has Logan. Duncan rules even when he's in another hemisphere! Come on, Donut Haters, you can't call him a nice guy anymore. Nice guys don't arrange hits.
* Loved Aaron's Nixon-esque pose on the front page of The Register.
* Heh, dream!Lilly experimented, though we already knew she was bi.
* My high school's colors are the same shades of green & gold, though our graduation ceremony & mascot were slightly cooler.
* Lamb, you're such a bitch.
* OMG, NO!!! NOT LIL FLASH BEAVER!!! Why is it always the quiet one? Although, thanks to bigboobedcanuck's super-sleuthing, I was prepared for it :)
* "CW?" Heh. Nice touch, RT.
* Logan, I'd ask you to marry me, but I'd have to divorce Duncan first. Wait for me?

Good finale, but so many of the big moments seemed telegraphed: dream sequences, Keith's undeath, Aaron watching himself on TV, Beaver ("My name is Cassidy!" broke my heart) telling V to meet him on the roof. Loved the rooftop scene despite the Scooby-Doo-esque reveals. I half-expected Beaver to shake his fist & yell, "And I would've gotten away with it, if it weren't for you meddling kids!" I do think Beaver's smart enough to plan something that broad in scope, but if we'd seen a slower, Keyser Soze-like reveal, it wouldn't have felt so forced.

Jackie's "real" life was a nice surprise, though once that adorable little boy called to his "mommy," I knew he belonged to Jackie.

Are we supposed to believe that Dick had no idea his brother was a) molested, b) so self-loathing, hateful and/or bipolar, and c) secretly evil? Dick's got moronic tendencies but he's very observant, like most bullies. He knows which buttons to push, so why wouldn't he notice his little brother's change in behavior?

I rewatched it with the captions on, and yes, I totally critiqued them in my head. Those captions hurt my eyes, especially the weird placements and OMG, "Little League Team" is not hyphenated! Good lord, I'm officially a dork :)

ETA: Anyone else think Kendall was in on the hit, and that was going to hire Keith to cover up Aaron's murder?

All right, I'm ready for season three. Bring on Hearst College, George-Michael and Maeby. Okay, IceTwin, too.

I'm sleepy & tired from all the squeeing. I wanted to write a non-VMars post butI don't know, maybe later.

vmars, omg!
