I cannot fully describe how awful work was last night. My brain hurts, so I hope this post makes sense.
Okay, you know the obligatory horror movie scene where the trampy girl has sex, then tells her boyfriend, "I'll be right back"? I had a similarly ominous moment last night, minus the tube top and walk of shame.

I finally did get my set! Though I walked past the display a couple times. There are way too many silver DVD covers out right now. BTW, bliss_ sent me this info on the DVDs. The differences probably aren't noticeable, but I cannot properly fangirl without them.

The Superman UCE isn't limited release right? Just hard to find right now because of the holidays?
Jenna posted today and said this is rumored to be the best The Office episode yet. OMG HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? You may hear me squeeing/laughing from there.
Also, please tell me more about these cameos on Help Me, Help You. Is it a mid-season replacement?

OMG, guess what's sitting on my desk right now. Gah, why do I have to work?! I don't think it's limited release, though. Just hard to find. Best Buy's web site says their sold out, but the store had two copies. BTW, I still have a raincheck if you can't find one.
The review you linked me to also claimed tonight's ep is the best Office ever. Then he said NBC needs to expand it to an hour every week. I agree, esp. since NBC.com's video feed sucks.
Dude, the HMHY cameo list rules! (except that most of them are cult-ish cameos). First, Jane Kaczmarek plays the ex-wife, Thomas F. Wilson is her boyfriend. Tim Meadows, Michael McKean & Brenda Strong show up a few times. But the truly geektastic cameos are in Ted Danson's therapists' group therapy: Larry Wilmore, Judd Apatow, Seth Rogen, Seth MacFarlane, Jane Lynch... Okay, I'm stopping now. I've reached my geek-out limit for the day :)

Holy cow we had some wind tonight. We actually lost power around 8pm. Brody got a little scared, so we just sat in the upstairs window and watched the trees blowing around. When he finally went to sleep, Tim and I were both eyeing the Nintendo DS. It was the only thing in the house with charged batteries! well, not exactly the only thing
Fortunatly, after a brief nap, the power came back on. So I got up to watch John Tucker Must Die, which was moderately entertaining.
I'm sorry that work's been killing you. Hope that things get better soon. Heh, it's like we all want TV to get better, right. But for you, we want it to get better because you have to actually watch some of the crap that's on!
PS OMG I caught the end of 30 Rock tonight and dlslsdksldjskds;dak; Ryan O'Reily was on it! Or, I guess it was Dean Winters, but whatever. Makes me crave some Oz.
