Today, the Supreme Court held up the Federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban set forth by the President. They declared the ban to be constitutional, and it is now illegal to recieve or perform a second trimester abortion, despite studies showing that the fetus has no congitive abilities or feelings until the third trimester.
