Holy cow...you will not believe this.  In November i visited my daughter in Austin, TX. There is a CCO at the Round Rock Premium Outlet mall. When we went there in Nov, I was astounded to discover that they had a 174 Pro brush (disc).  I did not pick it up at the time as I had bought tons of other stuff and didn't want my hubby's head to explode

the CCO @ round rock is one of the best ive been too actually! my cco @ cypress is hit and miss (well more hit than miss but its irritating to drive an hour to find nada!).

I agree... as irritating as it is that she did that, the situation got resolved so you don't want to push it any further :) just make sure you save her emails for references if anything comes up in the future with this crazy lady!

this person, in a word, sounds....stupid. she was more than contradictory in the emails and doesn't seem to have a good grasp on what she's talking about! i wouldn't reply since i don't think you want to receive another email that you have to interpret because of how illogical it is. egh. PEOPLE!
