shew s0 i am stuck at home today with the worst migraine of my entire life.. it started up yesterday and n0w not only is it in my whole head, but it has spread d0wn into my shoulders & neck; m0m is makin me go to the d0ctor tomorrow morning which i really dread b/c i hate hate hate going to the doctor..but oh well, i guess i need to know what is

Ouch Anna!! I really pray that migraine will ease up on you and go away. I will be praying for you. I hope and pray everything checks out ok at the doctor.

thank you so much! it has eased up a lot but it's still there .. the doc said i have been getting "tension" headaches...which is pretty bad since i'm only 17! haha, oh well.

yea...i used to get those a lot...it will pass, you just have to take it easy and try not to stress too much.
