I think it might mean that you find yourself in bad situations that keep dragging you back to it, now matter how much you fight. The red sports car to me symbolizes power, passion and life as opposed to the dark-haired, death-bringing man. Perhaps you got or are getting that huge energetic shove you need to get out of those places and people.
