Hee! Believe it or not, the first person I got that information from was my high school friend's nan. My friend and I were getting ready to go out, and we'd sprayed perfume on our wrists and neck, when all of a sudden she hobbled along, waved her walking stick and instructed us to spray some on out bosom. Said it never fails to get the boys swarming like bees over honey. And she was right! ;-)

...especially when there's been some mystery grooming of the personal topiary! :-P
