I am a big fan of Kal/Clark but I'm going to continue reading this story. It's really interesting so far! I'm wondering what lead them in that situation and why Chloe is still protecting him. Well, maybe because she loves Clark but i really want to find out. Please don't keep me waiting. Update soon.

I know - it looks really really bad for Clark, but I am going somewhere with this, I promise. Believe me, it's not easy for me to write, and I don't think I'll ever write anything as intense as this again...it really is taking a lot out of me.

But there's a method to my madness that I think will translate adequately once certain things come to light.

I'll try to, hun. I've pretty much got the next chapter ready, but it needs editing, and will likely go up tomorrow.

I was a little scared to read this. But I'm glad I did. It's off to an interesting start. I can't wait to see where you go with this one.

I can imagine it will be a difficult one to write but you gotta go where inspiration takes you.

It is a hard one to get through, Lacy. There are so many issues to contend with (rape, underage sex) that I very nearly changed by mind, but in the end the creative side of me won out.

I hardly write angst, so if nothing else this'll broaden my writing chops. :-)

That's a whole 'nother take on the Red K Summer. And it's something I thought Clark would never do. Of course, *Clark* wouldn't. But *Kal* might, and apparently has, from your beginning.
