I was a vegan for a while too, and loved every minute of it. Sure it's hard, sure it's expensive, but it's totally worth it. I wish I could do it again, but it's too hard to eat healthy at school. :-/

noooooo!!! you can do it!!!

well, to be honest, i really don't think it's very hard, and i have a good grocery store here that helps out...so i guess different schools have different circumstances. sometimes i think i'll go back eventually...but not anytime soon. :)

i like this entry. you look good, dohar! you're a total hottie, and i'm glad you sort of had a revelation recently. props to you for being vegan, too. i secretly wish i were vegan, but like gina said, mean plans are not vegan friendly. plus, i'm pretty satisfied being vegetarian.

i think it's worth it, honestly, my skin cleared up SO much and i did lose more weight...now, i've put on about two pounds, but my weight is very consistent, and that's new.

i didn't realize the dairy was doing more shit for me than the meat was.

...but like i said, everyone is different. my friend went vegan and her hair fell out, and she was eating everything i was. some people just need different foods...but if you go vegan, or if you just like cooking new shit, i'll give you sweet recipes. :)

yeah, i was vegetarian for yeeeeeears, but i've been vegan for a little less than a year, but i already notice such a difference.

:) i guess it's just about being happy doing whatever you're doing.

I gave up all dairy and red meat. Fish...I just love fish! Can't give it up.

Anyway it is a way of eating that just works for me.
