stop taking long showers. Things tend to hit you in the shower, you know. Its the one place where you can pause and think. I got some not so good news from home today and that kinda made me a little emotional. Which got me on to thinking about other things, slightly less depressing. It never ceases to amaze me how people just assume I was

I actually love taking long showers for that reason --- the warm water and steam are very relaxing, and often I use that time to meditate, especially when I'm anxious about something.
