Lychee and Strawberry Cocktail

I promised to post up the recipe for this some time back but totally forgot so here it is. It's really easy and makes a fruity and refreshing cocktail.

Strawberries
Canned lychees (drain and retain the juice)
Lime
Vanilla Vodka
Ginger Beer
Caster Sugar (optional)
Lychee Liqueur (optional)

Muddle the strawberries and lychees. Don't puree them coz

wow I have tried making lychee martini but not this! Looks very refreshing sweet! I like!

It's sweeter than lychee martini, great if you like sweet cocktails. Use regular limes though, not calamansi limes. :)

I think ginger beer has a stronger taste and a cloudy look compared to ginger ale. You can probably interchange them when mixing drinks though.
