Last week after dieseldawn wedding, I received a phone call from her telling me about how she felt with regards to her Singapore wedding. I shall not go into details but the gist of it is that the typical Asian wedding is all about the parents and making them happy. She then asked if I regretted having my wedding in Singapore. great post, got me thinking about my wedding about 2 months ago which i've not really blogged abt. i had a small chinese wedding dinner and loads of fun! def didn't feel like i did it for the folks.

I loved my wedding so much, but maybe that was because I know most of my parents' friends and they didn't go overboard with the inviting of random people. Otherwise, I quite like the big chinese banquet thing, hahaha!

So lucky! I kenna 400 people and my parents are really old so the friends were too and they didn't get any jokes in the speeches. Sigh
