Ok so today Jeff made veggie gumbo and OMG it's so delicious and it was super easy to make.  Not the cheapest thing but if you consider how much it makes and how long it should last then it's not so bad.

Oh my...I freaking like Quorn's naked cutlets. I swear they are the best. I love to grill them and eat them with fresh lettuce and tomatoes on a potatoe bun. Oh sweetness. I wish I had one now.

thanks...thanks for making me hungry for them.

I do also enjoy potatoe salad. I ate (and made) a lot of it over the summer. Sometimes it was all I would eat.

I can do without the pumpkin pie though. I can make a killer pumpkin pie, I just don't like it. Does that makes sense?

Also something that is really tasty...apple pumpkin bread. I make that, also do not like it.

I understand completely, there are a few things I can make that I just don't care for in the first place. I can't think of any right now but there are a few things out there that I just never cared for but have no difficulty making a tasty dish of. But I do love pumpkin pie, very much so.

My aunt always makes a pie for each of her kids to take home for Thanksgiving...counting her kids and my dads kids, she makes like 8 pies. She always jokes about how she makes 7 pumpkin pies and I have the odd pie out...the peanut butter pie. I love peanut butter pie. She makes one for me for my birthday too...and if I ask her, I bet she will make one for my baby shower. haha. I freaking love peanut butter pie.
My mom is making banana pudding for the baby shower. I could eat that stuff everyday.
