he's a boy. he's young. I'm sure he'll figure it out. everyone messes up their first time.

I don't know a single person who got it right on the first try. that just doesn't happen. you have to get it wrong to learn how to do it right.

the only problem you're stuck with is that you have to wait for him. and that's your decision.

Eek. He's had more than one chance for this.
So this isn't this first time he screwed up.
I don't really care at this point in time.
I'm sure I will later, but I have more important things to waste my time thinking about.
Not that he isn't important to me because well, he is.
I just have to wait out the storm.
See how he handles it because I know what I want and that was my problem before.
I think that's his problem now.
So we'll see. Time will tell.

yeah, I know it's not. but he's still trying to figure things out. and you're right, you just have to wait it out. what I think is, wait a while and then even if it doesn't work out, tell him what he did wrong so he doesn't keep doing it. because he obviously doesn't have any idea what he's doing wrong and really needs to figure it out.
