I was off work yesterday, so mom and I went to lunch and shopping. She asked me a few times if Jon and I have talked about kids, and says she thinks we will wait for a few years. It was so hard not to say anything. My first appointment is not till Sept 7 (two weeks still!), and her birthday is the 13th, so we are going to tell her then

No, not yet. We were going to wait and see what it was like after work today, and then call if necessary/if it continues. There was nothing as of 15 minutes ago...

I'd get it checked. Maybe they can give you an idea of what's going on. : ) But if nothing's happening I guess it's up to you.
