Rachel had named ALL our spare roosters 'Pot Pie', so took her at her word, and I dispatched one this morning. Think the next one will be called 'Chicken Tacos'---aren't I a barbarian?
Thought deep thoughts about mortality and food chains while I was skinning him out. We have several extra roosters, and I absolutely want to keep my gorgeous Welsummer rooster (named Kellogg) so the rest of the Bachelors gotta go....
