69th. Fun Timez With Babyluw And WriterX
Have you ever wanted to be part of someone else's creative process?
Did you start a yummy RenIchi or IchiRen piece that you're out of
ideas on and would love help with? Do you have a story idea along
those lines that you'd like to work on with a bunch of other great
writers? Let us know if you're interested in participating in a
writing game that we're proposing and/or if you have feedback after
you read the following rules (keep in mind that we tried to keep the
rules fairly simple, since this is the first time this game is being
proposed)...
Okay, this is the amazing game that me and WriterX put together! And all off you will love!
It's sort of like a robin-story (I think it's called) you write a piece on a story then send it to the next person, and you'll get a piece that someone else have written on and continue on that ^^, and the finished pieces will be something that we've all written on! Dosn't that sound awesome? Read the rules and I'm sure that you'll get what we're talking 'bout ^^'
Rules/What to do:
1-Start a RenIchi or IchiRen piece; it's free to go both ways too! :D
2-You are free to write as long or as short as you want on it. There's no limit on how long/short the story should be, but it's to be a one-shot.
3-You are free to skip writing on a piece if you don't have the time or find the inspiration to do so, but you must write on the first one (the one you're throwing into the game).
4-You MUST pass the piece on to the next in line before seven days has passed. We will give everyone a complete list of writers so you'll know in which order to pass things on.
5-Keep in mind that the story should be finished before it would come back to the one who started it*. iow- no HUGE complex plot. If you get a story that you feel won't be done before it comes back to the one who started it, send a request for it to go one more turn - if people approve of that, it will.
6-Don't drive the story into a corner just because you don't have to dig it out of there yourself <3
7-It would be nice if you could leave a little sum of where you're heading - if it's not obvious/pwp (cuz we all know where we're going there >_>)
8-You don't have to follow the sum you get from the previous writer - that's the whole love of it all, you don't know how your own story will be finished ^^<3
9-The one who finishes the story will be the one to spell check and post it into their journal. When you post it, be sure to credit all writers who worked on the story. As for further posting into communities, you'll have to have all the writers' approval before you do that.
10 - We all write differently (first person, third person, past, future, diary style, and whatever); try to keep it in the style that the story started in - if you can't, change it in a way that won't´look weird.
11-When all stories are done and up, we will have a vote to decide the best one! :D
*Rule 5 - The part about it being finished before it comes back to the first person might change depending on how many writers participate.

We're looking for beautiful betas too! So if you feel like you possess that power and have the time and interest, please be nice and tell us. We will give your name to the writer who'll send their finished piece to you - we will of course give the writer's name to you, too.
If you're a writing beta- that's totally cool too! <3 Or if you (the writer) have a beta that you're already married to, feel free to use him/her too, if you want to.
So, dear writers- please say if you want/have a beta or feel like you can handle it yourself - and dear betas, stand in line and be prepared ^^
