today, i will dance a total of ELEVEN hours. yes, the inhumanity of it all.i started at 10 am, i have a half hour break, and then i will be done at 10 pm. yes, dance does me so right.

at least my abs will look good.

being single is not like riding a bike. you have to start over and figure out how do to it all over again (gosh im clever) i hate it, basically. this year is going to be traumatic enough as it is, and it is not something i want to do alone. but they all leave eventually, right? better sooner than later ( Read more... )

not dancing for three months is a bad bad idea. back into full gear, I am so stiff when I wake up in the morning that I have to conjure up the courage to move. Its not that kind of morning-after-yoga satsifactory soreness, so much as that GOLD HLEP ME IVE BEEN HIT BY A TRUCK crippling soreness. well, we are leaving barcelona in the morning (and here i´ve just finally figured out how to turn on the water heater for the shower, sigh). had a spectacular time. stood in the half built sagrada familia cathedral, even went up the crowded spindly tower to se the view (archecture= think gothic meets gingerbread house meets melting ice cream).
