You are a total rock star! Your birth story brought me to tears! I am so happy that the birth was such an awesome experience for you.

I had to laugh at the 'no lifting' thing. I finally got pictures off of the camera on to the computer last night. There is a picture of me about 12 hours after giving birth where I'm holding Evelyn (who weighs about 32+ lbs) over the bassinet where Amelia was sleeping... Oops! :)

This is the first birth story I have read (I have intentionally avoided any) since Chase's birth, it made me cry - what a wonderful birth story.

And yes, pushing does feel good, haha!

I cracked up at the "please stop touching me" part, because when I am in labor I can't stand to be touched. I told everyone to stop touching me when I was birthing Aislinn, and at some point viciously yelled at Jeff and my L&D nurse, "NO TALKING!! no more talking, just be quiet!!!!!" SO here I was in labor in a hospital and no one could talk to me or touch me, LOL
