The Laminated List discussion is going around again.

On my list, in no particular order:
1. Harrison Ford
2. Johnny Depp
3. Orlando Bloom
4. Viggo
5. Tony Head and James Marsters.

I just saw a blip in EW that ASH is filming a pilot for next year and Elton John has something to do with it. Of course, his character also sounds sort of Elton-like, ex-pop star who's been through the alcohol phase and doesn't like girls. Hmmmm.

Interesting.

He seems to be doing a lot of "dissipated older man" roles - although I'm really looking forward to seeing him in Dr Who this season. But it's Giles that I love, really.

I think Giles is probably my favorite, but I first loved him as the Taster's Choice coffee man and then in VR.5, and I still love him whenever I see him. (He's in Craig Ferguson's I'll Be There, too.)

The reason the laminated list has come up with me and my husband is that we've been watching the Friends seasons DVDs. Hilary was surprised that it was actually listed in Wikepedia. We didn't realize this was a cultural expression. Was it not invented from a Friends episode? Where did it come from?

Funny! We have the same taste in men ;)

1. Tom Seleck
2. Johnny Depp
3. Steven Tyler
4. Ewan McGregor
5. Harrison Ford

I saw it come up on BGG recently too.

I think it was invented for the Friends episode.

Doesn't everyone really love Harrison Ford? :)

Wow, Friends actually had a cultural impact. That's impressive.

Harrison Ford  I would have definately been one of those girls in the front with "I love you" written on my eye lids, blinking at the archeology professor in Indiana Jones.

Dude, Friends had a huge cultural impact. Communication styles, especially the way Chandler spoke, were strongly affected. I'm sure some linguist, somewhere, has written volumes and volumes about the linguistic impact of Friends.
