Hi everyone. I am debating the move from here to Greatest Journal. There are some reasons for it. 1 is that with Greatest Journal you get much better features for free, including 1GB of images that can be stored on there. It is the same software as LJ, and also after having problems both with LJ in the past (outages) and with my communities ( ( Read more... )

We need to move out of LJ and to a better place. There's too much bullshit that goes on here, and it's time to re-establish a presence at a newer, smaller place, where we can make a bigger impact and stay away from trolls.

Why not both?

I don't mind LJ at the moment, because as long as my entries are never lost I'm fine. I don't use LJ for anything other than writing my entries and reading other people's.

Is the site greatestjournal.com or what? I don't have time to check now but I do want to check the site out to see if it is a lot better than LJ... I mean, if it is I might go there too. :D

Yeah, the site is greatestjournal.com. It is almost the exact same as livejournal.com but does have better features such as image hosting and is based on the same software as livejournal.com.

Hehe sign up and check it out. My journal is the same name as on lj and im thinking of moving all my stuff over there.

I am with the program .. not of moving myself over there, but I do have a gj as well. The name is same as the current here ;)
