Hey guys. Lemme know what you think about this possibility for a new place if I move.

As far as i know, it is, and the only restrictions for pets are no more than 75lbs, and no dobermans, rottweilers or pittbulls. I did find something that is cheaper than that place still by the same company and in the same area. Only time will tell.

Make sure you see the apartment you'd actually get before you sign. Models rarely look like the actual units.

Definitely. Probably before I take off, there would be some time spent before signing anything just checking out some places around that area. There was a time I was looking for a place around here and the model wasnt even close and the people weren't the best so I ended up having to walk.

Cool we can still work on that project. We will have to find a person that can design layouts since the other that was originally going to do it decided to disappear off the face of the earth it seems.

I am really excited about gettting it up i was thinking we could go ahead open it up advertise get a few people and then find some one that from there would want to help with the layout.
