I hate it when I cannot sleep

I see flashy lights and shapes when I close my eyes, and the herd thins and eventually runs out when I count sheep. I don't like drinking plain milk or anything warm. Yawn-tired I am, but tired of laying still in one place I am more. So what can I do?
