Lord have mercy, I thought things looked grim before. It's no wonder we can't pay all of our bills every month. I was working on the budget for WIA and we have $1600 coming in, and $2190 going out every month. It's no wonder we can't afford anything, and we are always broke as a joke ( Read more... )

That's a bunch! If you didn't have to eat, you would totally be fine though! Heh, sorry. :( *hug*

I hope you can get things straightened out though. :)

Exactly! Not only would it free money up, but think of the time you'd save! Next up... sleeping!

Seriously though, I hope you can figure things out. I mean, you're a really nice person! :)

Things usually work out in the end though, right?

Yeah. The money comes from somewhere. or we just don't pay something, and then catch up later. I don't really worry about it much, but it was just a shock to see it on paper, and realize how much we really are short every month.

Good luck. I finally had to file for bankruptcy a couple years ago, because I had tried to deal with a few years of negative $1200 a month finances by using credit. (After incoming paychecks and outgoing bills, it was that much in the hole every month). Even after a year of doing credit counseling (with reduced payments and interest) on the credit card debt, and getting a good solid job, it eventually had to be done. Hopefully you can work something out!

If I could get a job, things would be much better. We would have plenty to do what we needed to, but I can't seem to find a job.

If I can get all the funding from the WIA program, it will equal what I would be making part time, so I would be paid to go to school, and things would start looking up...

Ouch. That's ridiculous, and totally not your fault - looking at that you don't have much going out beyond necessities.

Is that gas as in gasoline or gas as in heat? What about Sat.?

Sat is satallite, and gas is gasoline.

300 in gasoline? What are you doing, bathing in it?

(You know I'm just kidding!)

But yeah, between my car going to Morganton 3-4 times a week, Lenior at least once a week and then Marion at least once a week, That burns a lot of gas. And then Casey's truck takes 30-50 a week depending on what all he has going on that particular week...
