working, working, working, making money..........hopefully. I hate my job, it's beginning to make me a bitter person, quite unpleasant to be around lately. Why do I hate my job? Because I work for a couple of unethical managers, who only care about making mo money, mo money. They steal from the servers and from the restaraunt, they could care less

i'm having the same issues with the job that i've been at for gonig on 4 years. new servers with drug problems are getting my hours, while management is overscheduling the same way, and when we're slow, they won't cut anyone.
basically the old servers babysit the new ones all night when really the new people should just go home, since we're overstaffed for the winter.

but then again, i'm too nervous about interviews and changes to try anywhere else.

what is with that? You'd think they'd want to keep their reliable help happy. Maybe it has something to do with their connection if you know what I mean. That is a long time for one restaraunt, I've been at mine for two.

you'd think i'd be able to invest the same sort of commitment to my relationships, unfortunately they're just not as profitable as my work one is.

I really dont want to find another job and go through the whole FNG thing again. Not in the restaraunt industry anyway, besides I hate working nights and don't plan to do it a a whole lot longer anyway.
