I have a kinderpack and I used that with my 14 mo old last year on our trip to Germany. I have two actually. One is a standard/plus (good for a 14 mo old and a plus size mom) one is a toddler/plus (was good for my 4 yr old and me, the plus size mom). I want to sell them but I cannot figure out the Facebook swap and haven't had luck on the kinderpack fb page. I loved my kinderpack for babywearing and for toddler wearing. I was 240lbs at the time wearing my boys and my husband who is a slender man of 5'5" wore them as well.

I second the kinderpack. I have a standard/standard and I love it. I have a very skinny almost 10 month old, and I am size 22/24. I would probably have more wiggle room in a standard/plus, but I bought std with the idea that I would be getting smaller as the little guy grows.

I'd recommend looking at Target. They carry the Infantino soft structured carrier that is similar to an ergo but much cheaper. Make sure you get the "Union" style or ""Support" style that only allows baby to face your body ( they carry a Bjorn-style one, stay far away from carriers that allow baby to face away from your body). The great thing about the one from target(aside from the price) is that you can return it easily if it doesn't work out for you.
