Voices.

When I was a kid our first computer had some program where you typed words and funny computerised voices would read it out. There was one that sounded like Stephen Hawking. But there were also woman voices. One time my sister typed 'Noelle, it's Muppet, I'm at the window let me in!" Muppet was our dog. I believed her though, and ran to the window.

LOL youtube have had that for a while now! related webcomc :D And actually I use one of those text reading programs all the time! I use TTS Reader to have my stories read out to me cause it helps with editing and hering how sentences sound. But yes the youtube thing is awesome :D

BTW did you request to join _drivingblind with both this account and lookatmecanutel? Cause I accepted both membership requests, not that it lets you see much of anything.

Yeah, I came across it awhile back now but Duane started playing with it today and I just had to lol. I dunno how using one helps you edit, half the stuff they say makes no sense and/or sounds weird! like i dunno just some of the words didnt sound like they were pronounced correctly.

and yes I did add driving blind as well as toaster. I just like having char stuff on my profiles(s) lol.

haha no, with TTS Reader there is a text box wherein you copy and paste in whatever you want and it reads it back to you with your selection of several robo-voices, and you can slow the pace/tempo down so that ou can understand it, and change the pronounciation of some words if they get it wrong. It's just good to hear how some stories sound to the ir because it helps you understand how the story will sound in someone's head as they read it. lol if that makes any sense.
:D GO CHAR STUFF! thank you!

Hahah!
Our laptops can be set to speak the time and when programs need you to look at them. Once in a while we'll be in class and someone's laptop will be like "It is twelve o'clock" or "Microsoft Word needs your attention" in that computerised voice! Very funny :P
