This is a fantastic piece, I love the insight to Charlie's first years in prison how it keeps breaking a small part of Charlie each time and remaking him into the Charlie we know.

I love his prison buddies too, those who aren't in gangs but are left alone and things he learned from them and how harsh life in prison is, for a man who survived it and to die so easily for the simple reason he let his guard down.
