Spent Thursday and Friday in Athens with my boo, did awesome things like swimming and Detour (the gay club) and being boyfriends. Stumbling back from Detour, we noticed the Huddle House had quite an awesome deal. Although I'm sure the quality for $4.99 isn't axactly perty.

I had an absolutely delightful time. It was lots and lots of fun.

Even the shootout made for a fun story. But it was a little scary.

The best part was the lady that looked like she should be holding us all at knifepoint and asking us "Do you boys like tongue?" in a husky and menacing voice.

Then again, when I say "best part" I kind of mean it the same way that I mean it when I'm talking about Goonies. Every part is my favorite part.

Thomas allegedly almost got killed in a drive-by shooting in Memphis at a gas station on Summer Avenue. So he has at least two more gunfight stories than anyone else I know.

So glad to see this. I just left you a voice mail because I haven't heard from you in FOREVER. July is starting to look kinda cramped so we might have to do the canoe thing in August, but if you start sending me dates when you and Tim are available then maybe we can do the river near Athens sooner than later, or when you can get up here to see my place then we can do the river near here. Call a nga!
