There is so many to choose from but one that has always been one of my favorites is Elvis Presley's version of Silver Bells

I dislike most holiday music, so I'm no help. There are only two songs that I like: Little Drummer Boy and Gloria in Excelsis Deo.

Heh, I got lost wandering Youtube looking for an example I like, and I found this:

Not Christmas music, but he has some voice! It's odd watching an Asian fellow sing in German, too. I don't think I ever heard 10,000 people singing together like this before!
