Firstly, the WalMart suit is about gender equality -- women regularly get paid less than men for the same job, are passed over for promotions, etc. Very exciting.
Secondly, I'm pretty sure I don't care for your grammar corrections. It's entirely possible I DO mean "whomever", and I would appreciate it if you didn't presume. Although it's rather snipey of me to say, have you considered WHY others' grammar stumblings bother you to the point of having to correct them? It might be a worthwhile psychological examination.
Hey, sorry. Didn't mean to offend. I would never correct you if you'd said "whoever" instead of "whomever," but when the error is the other way around, it's a prime example of hypercorrection, a phenomenon which bothers me immensely. And I have attempted to consider the "psychology" behind it, but not come to any answers.
