yes, he was very nice. We only exchanged a few short sentences. When I mentioned you, he said "ah yes - Terry and I go way, way back." But it was after the show and he had his entourage waiting, so we didn't really talk much.
well, he did three sketches (one-man character bits) across the show, but one I missed because I was performing across the street, and another I missed because I was backstge getting ready. I saw his third bit, but didn't really get what was so great about it (but eveyone was laughing, so I assume he was doing a character that they were all familiar with).
the other gay comics I saw and met at the show were pretty fantastic. Ant* accidentally called me a cow when I was wearing my white tiger garb - and then apologized like, six times because we was afraid he'd offended me. (he hadn't, until he kept apologizing, LOL). It was fun watching him squirm a bit.
There was a fantastic dyke comic from Vancouver (Morgan Brayton, pictured with us and scott) who I think could become pretty big if given the chance.
