House of Leaves. From the dedication ("This is not for you.") to the very end of it, I was terrified and confused and terrified.

You know, aside from the beginning, House did not actually scare me! The parts where it implied that all houses could twist and change and also shadows are EVIL freaked me out (esp since I was reading alone in a giant building!), but once we got into the exploration parts I was just like "...yeah okay?"

The parts about Navy and his ~tortured past were a little ehhh for me, but the part where the walls started disappearing, oh my god I was so scared. And all the letters from the dude's mom scared me too. But yeah, I could see the boring parts.
