Failtwin is...interesting. Otoya tends to give far more consideration to aspects of Ryoutarou, such as the fact they're identical, he's apparently possessed by plastic monsters and travels through time, than to Ryoutarou himself. This is reinforced by the fact a whole truckload of people have mistaken him for the other yet he and Ryoutarou have only spoken on rare occasions.

Otoya would not mind if they talked more, as Ryoutarou seems like a pleasant, not axe-crazy enough person, but he's got no inclination to actively pursue that himself. Being independently social? lol.

Fuu's not a personality type Otoya has much (or any) experience dealing with and suddenly bursting into tears certainly threw him for a bit of a loop, but he is otherwise pretty much neutral towards her. ...Like he is with 99% of the people he meets.
