yeah, she has back problems
and problems in her intestines.
but they gave her medicine
and she's almost completely better now.

I'd hate to bring down the somewhat happy-go-lucky mood of this, but I feel the need to do it. By saying "I think I have depression again", you make it seem like a cold. I can't stand the fact that you say you are so "sad" (I'm not doubting that you are) but you still maintain the whole "I'm cute, look at me! I'm just like all of my friends!". Now you hate me.
