Let's see...

Ryouga honestly thinks of Kabuto as a friendly, helpful person. To the best of my fuzzy memory, Kabuto helped Ryouga out of several situations that he was in, and he hopes to do something for him in return sometime soon.

Ryouga has this... odd dillema in which he's wondering if he's attracted to Rey or not. This is not alleviated by when Rey became a maid for him, and later on when Rey became a crack whore with Soushi.

Ryouga still means to be friendly with Rey, even if they seem to be on two different levels. And hey, it makes for interesting scenes when they're together.
