"Since the doll is very damaged, I have two suggestions:
1. A full refund money - I refer you doll
2. you give me 25 $
Otherwise, I will bring a complaint to PayPal."

So basically the buyer didn't send you photos of the alleged damage and yet she was already proposing a resolution. This is such a red flag. This is a form of blackmail - give me $25 or I'll complain to Paypal.

I bet she has done this before, and unlike you, previous sellers backed down and gave in to her blackmail.

I agree, such a red flag.
If it was really damaged she would send photos. The first thing anyone would do after having received a damaged doll is to take photos. I just can't believe she would try to blackmail me like that.

I'm a little confused- is she saying that because the doll arrived damaged, she would rather sell it on as parts rather than get a full refund?

I have to admit, that's a new one on me. >_>;

Yes. Doesn't make any sense. If I received a damaged doll that I didn't want, I'd of course return it to get a full refund. I really don't believe her. If it WAS damaged (which is not true), why go through all that trouble to fix it up and resell it instead of just sending it back?
