Angelberries: No item received, no communication

I'm new to this community and happened to stumble upon it looking for others who have had issues with the seller Angelberries on Etsy

Can you give me an idea of when it was sent? I haven't received anything via email or Etsy. My lat convo was October 25.

All -- it appears that my Grumpy Cat was lost in the mail and Kerry John (Angelberries) kindly re-sent me a new one. It just arrived today in San Francisco.
