Im confused, the link takes me to a seller with 322 feedback, is this a scam? They've been selling a while?

I'm not sure if my last post worked but I am a little confused, the link takes me to a seller with 322 feedback whose been selling a fair while...but this post actually mentions a '0' feedback seller...is the link correct? This is the scammer with the 322 feedback?

I must have posted the original listing. I apologize for that. The scam listing has been taken down. Nevertheless, please watch out for low priced BIN listings especially if the seller has 0 feedback.
