If Paypal refuse (which they probably will) try contacting your card and get it back as a fraudulent transaction. This only works if you paid by bank transfer or credit/debit card though, and not with Paypal funds.

The doll arrived today. She was send out at the 24 of february, one month later than promised. No sorry. But now I'm happy.

I've been contacted on DoA by the other admin of the Facebook group and she said my head was also shipped on Monday and it should be here soon. It didn't arrive yet, but it should be here on Monday. I will let you know if I received the head. (:
