I have every conversation recorded thank goodness. I went back through and made notes with dates. She seems to have a good reputation but looking at the mess I've been dealing with....I'm thinking something's going on. Insight? Opinions? Anniedollz listed a heap of outfits on Etsy today.So she is very much active online and perfectly capable of being able to continue to sell her other items - it just seems she cannot be bothered to communicate with you as a paying customer! I feel you have and are being treated very shabbily and really hope that you can get this resolved.

Just wanted to update.

Apparently my doll is on it's way to me. That is good news of course but yet again she failed to follow any of the initial agreement. I haven't seen this doll yet. I have no idea if she's done what we discussed, if she's rushed it or if it's a complete mess. As was agreed I should have been able to view it before shipment. I don't care how mad you are at someone you need to follow through. That was a lot of money I just spent on something I've never seen.

I am so disappointed in how this turned out. Hopefully the doll will be great. I will NEVER do business with her again.

My doll arrived today. For the most part she is great. There is a big scuff on her face in the makeup that was clearly not fixed and was rushed. And I'm not being picky here....it's pretty obvious. But I'm just glad to have her and have this be over with.
